Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website of Arihantanam Foundation or making a donation or applying for membership, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Arihantanam Foundation is a Section 8 company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with CIN U88900RJ2026NPL111694. These terms govern all interactions, volunteer registrations, membership applications, and donations made to the Foundation.

Use of Donation Funds

All donations made to Arihantanam Foundation are used exclusively for our five working zone programs: child education, women empowerment, environmental conservation, social security, and labour law awareness, along with reasonable administrative expenses necessary for program delivery. The allocation of funds is at the discretion of the Foundation management under the guidance of Founder Narendra Dudy, in compliance with the Companies Act 2013 and the Foundation Memorandum of Association.

Intellectual Property

All content, logos, images, program materials, and other intellectual property published on Arihantanam Foundation website and communications are the exclusive property of the Foundation. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or commercial use of these materials without prior written consent from Arihantanam Foundation is strictly prohibited.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India, including the Companies Act 2013 and applicable regulations. Any disputes arising from the use of our services, website, or programs shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pali, Rajasthan, India.
