In line with our Women Empowerment objective, Arihantanam Foundation recently concluded a 5-day vocational skill development workshop in Barmer. The initiative aimed to equip rural women with practical skills in tailoring, traditional handicrafts, and basic financial literacy. Over 50 women participated in the program, which also included sessions on forming Self-Help Groups (SHGs) to foster economic independence and community support. Founder Narendra Dudy distributed certificates and starter kits to the participants during the closing ceremony, emphasizing the foundation's commitment to creating sustainable livelihood opportunities for women across Rajasthan.
