Arihantanam Foundation (CIN: U88900RJ2026NPL111694) is a Section 8 non-profit company providing social welfare services across India. We do not sell physical goods that require shipping in the traditional sense. This delivery policy governs the dispatch of donation receipts, membership documents, and certificates issued by the Foundation.
Donation Receipts
Upon a successful donation to Arihantanam Foundation, a digital receipt will be generated and sent to your registered email address, typically within 24 hours. This receipt serves as your official confirmation of contribution. For offline bank transfers to our Bank of Baroda account (54360200001710), please email your transaction proof to arihantanamfoundation@gmail.com to receive your receipt.
Membership & Appointment Documents
Membership cards, appointment letters, and certificates issued by Arihantanam Foundation are delivered digitally via email as standard practice. If a physical copy is requested, it will be dispatched via standard post/courier to the address provided during your registration, subject to applicable postal charges.
Delivery Timelines
Digital documents (receipts, certificates): Issued within 1–3 working days of request confirmation. Physical documents (if applicable): Dispatched within 7–15 working days from our Sumerpur office, subject to postal service availability in the destination area.
