About This Policy
Arihantanam Foundation (CIN: U88900RJ2026NPL111694) is committed to maintaining transparency, accountability, and trust in all donation-related transactions. As a registered Section 8 non-profit organization, all donations are received voluntarily and are directed toward our social welfare initiatives, including education, healthcare, environmental protection, women empowerment, and social security programs.
1. Nature of Donations
All donations made to Arihantanam Foundation are voluntary contributions intended to support charitable activities. Donations are generally non-refundable, as they are immediately allocated toward ongoing and planned programs.
2. Eligibility for Refund
Refund requests may be considered only under the following exceptional circumstances:
• Duplicate donation due to technical error
• Incorrect donation amount entered mistakenly
• Transaction failure where amount was deducted but not acknowledged
• Unauthorized transaction (subject to verification and supporting documents)
The Foundation reserves the right to review each request and approve or reject it based on internal verification and applicable compliance guidelines.

3. Refund Request Timeline
Refund requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of the transaction. Requests received after this period may not be eligible for consideration.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, the donor must submit a written request with the following required information:
• Donor Name
• Transaction ID / Reference Number
• Date of Transaction
• Donation Amount
• Payment Method (UPI / Net Banking / Card, etc.)
• Reason for Refund Request
• Supporting documents (if applicable)

5. Refund Approval & Processing Time
Refund requests will be reviewed within 5–7 working days. If approved, the refund will be processed within 15–45 working days. Refunds will be credited only to the original payment method/account.
6. Cancellation Policy
Donations once processed cannot be canceled, as funds are allocated toward charitable activities immediately. However, cancellation requests may be considered before transaction settlement, subject to payment gateway status.
7. Tax Exemption (12A & 80G)
Donations made to Arihantanam Foundation may be eligible for tax benefits under 12A and 80G of the Income Tax Act. If a refund is processed, the corresponding donation receipt will be cancelled, and donors must not claim tax benefits for the refunded amount.
8. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
• Change of intent after donation
• Donations made during campaigns where funds have already been utilized
• Failure to provide required transaction details
• Requests made beyond the defined timeline

9. Dispute Resolution
In case of any disputes, Arihantanam Foundation will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue amicably. All decisions made by the Foundation regarding refunds shall be considered final and binding.
10. Policy Updates
Arihantanam Foundation reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be reflected on our official website.
