About Us

About Arihantanam Foundation

About Arihantanam Foundation

Arihantanam Foundation is a nationally recognized NGO, incorporated under Section 8 of the Companies Act. We are registered under 12A and 80G, enabling our supporters to receive tax benefits ranging from 50% to 100%q `, while ensuring full transparency and accountability. Our mission is to create meaningful change across society through focused and practical initiatives. We are actively working in the field of education in backward areas, supporting primary and upper primary schools. We invite schools to share their unmet needs—especially those not covered under government support—and fulfill them through structured crowdfunding programs. We are committed to women empowerment by creating employment opportunities for women who wish to build sustainable livelihoods. Through activities like sewing, traditional food production, spices, and other skill-based work, we help women become self-reliant and financially independent. In the area of environment protection, we focus on recycling non-biodegradable waste. This not only helps reduce environmental impact but also generates employment opportunities. We also actively promote and support tree plantation initiatives to contribute towards a greener and healthier future. We stand for labour laws and human rights, guiding workers on general labour regulations, workplace safety, insurance, and other essential legal protections—ensuring dignity and security for every worker. Additionally, we serve communities by supporting access to social security schemes, including old age pension, widow pension, and other welfare benefits—helping individuals live with dignity and support. Arihantanam Foundation — Empowering Lives, Inspiring Change.

FOUNDER’S DESK

President
Narendra Dudy

Founder & Director

Namaskar and heartfelt greetings to all who have found their way to Arihantanam Foundation. My name is Narendra Dudy, and I am honoured to serve as the Founder and Director of this organization that we formally incorporated on 17th February 2026. The name Arihantanam is inspired by the Jain concept of the Arihant – the enlightened one who destroys inner enemies and shows the path of liberation. We have taken this name because we believe that the greatest enemies of human progress are ignorance, poverty, gender inequality, environmental destruction, and the denial of rights. Our Foundation is committed to fighting these battles in five working zones: child education, women empowerment, environment, social security, and labour law awareness. I grew up in Nagana Moodhonki Dhani, Barmer – a region where children often miss school, women rarely have economic independence, and workers are unaware of their rights. These lived realities drove me to build something lasting, something that could equip communities with the knowledge and tools to transform themselves. We work not from a place of charity but from deep respect for every individual's inherent dignity and capacity. Arihantanam Foundation is registered under the Companies Act 2013 with CIN U88900RJ2026NPL111694, and we operate with complete legal compliance and financial transparency. I invite you to join our journey – as a volunteer, a donor, a program participant, or simply a well-wisher. Together, let us build the just, educated, and empowered Rajasthan that our communities deserve.

Members' Testimonials
